The news of Adrian Tan’s passing brought great sadness but along with it, a chance to reflect on the legacy that the great man left behind.  
 
Adrian is remembered for his sharp and witty mind. Although his contributions to the legal fraternity are widely recognised, his warm heart and humanitarian focused endeavours provided a voice on wider social issues to improve the lives of others.  
 
On behalf of the Council and Secretariat at the Society of Construction Law (Singapore), we express our deepest condolences to the family of Adrian Tan. We would also like to express our immense gratitude to Adrian for his contributions to the legal profession and the inspiration he has imparted onto so many of us.
 
Rest in peace.
